Our Ginger Mac is a festive twist on a classic—bright, refreshing, and perfect for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. With smooth Irish whiskey, crisp apricot notes, and a lively ginger finish, it’s an easy crowd-pleaser for toasting the occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Irish whiskey
  • 0.5 oz Marie Brizzard Apry
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup
  • Ginger beer (topped)
  • Lemon half wheel garnish

instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add Irish whiskey, Marie Brizard Apry, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Shake well until chilled and lightly frothy.
  4. Strain over fresh ice into a highball glass.
  5. Top with ginger beer.
  6. Garnish with a lemon half-wheel.
Notes:

For a brighter, more citrus-forward Ginger Mac, adjust the simple syrup to taste or omit it entirely if you prefer a drier cocktail—the ginger beer and apricot liqueur already add natural sweetness.
