Passionfruit Margarita
Celebrate Cinco de Mayo at home with a margarita that’s as vibrant and refreshing as the occasion itself. Bursting with bright passionfruit and citrus, it’s the perfect complement to tacos, guac, and good company.
Ingredients
- 1 cup blanco tequila
- 1/2 cup triple sec
- 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 cup Chinola Passionfruit Liqueur
- 1/2 cup cold water (optional)
- 8 Jalapeño slices (optional)
- Tajin and lime juice (rim)
- Dehydrated lime (garnish)
instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the passionfruit liqueur, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and water.
- Add jalapeño slices if you’d like a spicy kick.
- Rim your glasses with lime juice and dip in Tajín. Add ice or a large cube to each glass.
- Give the pitcher a good stir before serving. Pour over ice and garnish with a dehydrated citrus slice.
Notes:
Mix ahead and chill in the fridge—this pitcher gets better as it sits.
