Our Ginger Mac is a festive twist on a classic—bright, refreshing, and perfect for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. With smooth Irish whiskey, crisp apricot notes, and a lively ginger finish, it’s an easy crowd-pleaser for toasting the occasion.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Irish whiskey
- 0.5 oz Marie Brizzard Apry
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 oz simple syrup
- Ginger beer (topped)
- Lemon half wheel garnish
instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add Irish whiskey, Marie Brizard Apry, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake well until chilled and lightly frothy.
- Strain over fresh ice into a highball glass.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a lemon half-wheel.
Notes:
For a brighter, more citrus-forward Ginger Mac, adjust the simple syrup to taste or omit it entirely if you prefer a drier cocktail—the ginger beer and apricot liqueur already add natural sweetness.
