Chimichurri Steak

Grilled flank steak marinated in classic Argentinian chimichurri.

For our marinade we blend a ton of fresh parsley with garlic, cilantro, oregano, olive oil, and a touch red wine vinegar to make a steak that bursts with flavor.

Served with mashed potatoes, asparagus and some extra chimichurri sauce on the side.
