Ground beef simmered in our red wine gravy with tender carrots, peas and corn and topped with creamy Cabot cheddar mashed potatoes. This is ready to go if you just want to pop it into your microwave for a fast filling meal. Or take it up a notch and put it in the oven to reheat and brown the mashed potato topping for that extra bit of deliciousness.
Traditionally this is a Cottage Pie since it is made out of beef and a Shepherd's pie would be made out of lamb but we aren't going to split hairs here!
