Creole Shrimp & Rice

Every once in a while you nail a new dish right out of the gates and Shawn did that this time. We were fighting over the first test batch.

Our jumbo shrimp sautéed with the cajun holy trinity of peppers, celery and onion and then simmered in a slightly spicy tomato sauce. We are sticking with tradition here and serving this with our jasmine rice and ciabatta rolls.

You also get your choice of a Caesar or Farmer's Market salad to round out a delicious meal.
